Hi, Need suggestion on Using templates by Buyers

Hi,

I have a business requirement where we need to configure the system in such a way that if a Purchaser is creating a template then Other Purchasers should also be able to use it.

Is it possible ?? If yes then can some one please guide me.

Hi,

Which document template do you need? I think followings are available.

SC template

Bid Invitation template

Auction template

Also you can create new document by copying from existing old document.

I need a SC template, and as mentioned earlier, this template should also be accessible by other buyer's, is it possible to do ?

You have to use transaction bbpsc05 to create a public template.

Thanks for the answer, but my question is, the public templates which are created by the Buyer's (Purchasers), can they (here "they" means original templates not the copies) be changed or deleted by the other Buyers ??
