Po language

Hi experts

I am in SRM 5.0 extendeed classic scenario. I am using the language PT for my POs but somentimes when I need to create POS for suppliers in another country with another language example EN the system not transfer the PO to R/3 after aproval the message is:

In language EM was not updated short text(update material XXXXXXX)

Somebody knows how can I solve it?

Hi,

Where did you get the error message. Is it in RZ20 or PO document or other ?

Please check the material has EN description.

Hi Masa

The error appear in monitor as a PO not transfered to R/3, in material master there is the language EN for the material, the PO is not tranfered .

I think the error message is from R/3.

What is the PO language in SRM ?

What is the language for SRM side vendor ?

What is the language for R/3 side vendor ?

Can you create a PO in R/3 manually for that vendor ?
