I've got a simple smartform with a MAIN window containing a table. The table has a header, main area and footer defined. Output options for footer is At Page Break = X and At End of Table = X. Output options for header is At Start of Table = X and At Page Break = X.
On the first page I get header, table rows and footer as expected. On subsequent pages I get a blank header row, table rows and footer as expected. By blank header row, I see the outline (box lines) of the defined header line type, I just don't see any content. The content of the header line type is purely text. You can see this clearly on page 2 of the output.
