It seems import history does not show us all imported requests. Do you know the table where really all history is? Or other way to find it?
pay attention to note 375230. The table TPALOG read the logfile ALOG and contains the history. If the change request that you are missing is in table TPALOG change the table TPALOGHDR like eyplained in note 375230.

You have to give it a longer time interval.

GOTO > HISTORY > IMPORT HISTORY
Enter the SID
EXTRAS > PERSONAL SETTINGS
Enter the desired number of days to go back.

Also, your development system will likely not show the same import history as your test or production systems, because the Import History only shows entries for transports sent to that system, so client-independent changes that are not imported inside the DEV system will not show in the DEV import history.
