connection to SLD failed

I run SLDCHECK on PI7.0 and get:

Calling function LCR_LIST_BUSINESS_SYSTEMS

Retrieving data from the SLD server...

Function call returned exception code 4

=> Check whether the SLD is running!

Summary: Connection to SLD does not work

=> Check SLD function and configurations

1) at sm59, both SAPSLDAPI and LCRSAPRFC are confirmed OK

2) the SLD is running, verified taht this PI7 is defined as a business system at SLD. Pipeline URL is right

pointing to its owner server.

3) on sxmb_adm->integration eigen configuration data, I see

Caution@ Corresponding Integration Server: Current Configuration <> System Landscape

We never see this so far. Please help. Thanks!

two reasons what i c can cause this.

1. The Connection details what you have maintained in the LCRSAPRFC and SAPSLDAPI are not pointing to right SLD, which SLDAPICUST is pointing. check all the values are pointing to correct host name

2. To get the LCR based error the rfc destination is the culprit here, you check the paramters in the RFC destnaiton they are proper or not....

if things are fine then before running the SLDCHECK run the cache completely and goto rz70 and execute the program to just check.....it is pinging SLD.

Hi,

Please verify if for SLDAPICUST the primary destination is maintained properly.

Check parameters maintained in transaction SLDAPICUST such as the correct user, password, host name and port are maintained and the primary flag is set to a valid parameter set, re-enter the valid password.

The exception code 4 indicates for SLDAPICUST
