Hi,
Need some help.
My Sales Order has only one item with net value Zero.
I am unable to save the sales order, because it is incomplete. The incomplete Field is "Net Value" and directing me to Item Pricing Conditions Screen.
The incompletion Group assigned to Item Catgeory has the Field - VBAP-NETWR.
1. Is there anyway I can make the Sales Order complete & save with zero value and still having VBAP-NETWR in incompletion Group.
2. Is there any method of delivering incomplete sales order ?
Hi,
Try SAP Note 51481.
Thanks

Its quite a contradictory requirement. You want to check for net value, yet allow free items in the order.
Try adding a manual item category. To this 'free' item category, you can assign an incompletion procedure used in free items. User can choose at the time of order creation if they want to use the standard or the free item cat.
The corresponding incompletion procedure willl kick in.

Hi Suneel,
Unless the order is complete, you cant deliver the sales order.
If you want to save the order with Zero Net value, then the item is nothing but Free of Charge item, then you can do in the folloiwng way
Maintain some value for net value (say 10) in the conditions.
And create another condition type i.e., Free of charge condition type (100% discount on netvalue) where it will caliculate based on the netvalue and nullify the value (like -10).
Now the total net value of your sales order will be zero.
Now you can save the order and delivery it.
Hope this will help you
Reward if helpful
