Hi,

Check the validity dates of the condition record

Check if the fields have the released status

Check if you have set any deletion flag in the record

Does your material in the sales order belong to the material group for which you have created the condition record

Jn

Hi Vinay,

If you are getting the error like that means,

In your pricing procedure apart from PR00, other condition type VR00 has been put check box as Mandatory.

Remove that check now you will not be getting that error.

See, you might be mainaianted condition record for PR00, for which its taking properly. But you might not maintained condition record for VR00. Check it out once. Mainainte condition record for VR00 or remove check box for "MANDATORY" in your pricing procedure.

Hope this helps you.

Reward if helpful

Hi Vinay,

There could be only one reason, just check the material group for which you have maintained the condition record and check if the same material group is assigned in the Material master.

Reward Points if it Helps.

Also, you did "activate" the Access Sequence, correct ?

i.e. clicked the matchstick looking button on the Access Sequence screen

Hi,

I think, the problem may be due to the exclusive indicatior in the configuration of your access sequence. If the exclusive indicator has not been marked then the system will try to find the values from all the accesses in transaction VK11.

If you will mark the exclusive indicator then the system will capture the condition from the first sequence it will get from VK11 and will not ask for any other value.

Reward points if it helps

Hi,

The issue here is VR00 is mandatory condition type in the pricing procedure you are using. ( this is will be set againtin condition type PR00 in pricing procedure by checking the feild Mdt eight feild in control data of pricing procedure)

For this you have to maintain condition record throught t.code VK11 for the any key combination for VR00 condition type.

Then it will not show the message " VR00 is Missing mandatory condition type"

Kindly Reward points if usefull
