1. In NACE what is the application for credit memo !

2. After I find the procedure then for checking that in SPRO

What is the menu path ?

Hi,

1) In NACE the application for credit memo is ( V3 )

What is the menu path ? ( SPRO->Basic Functions->Output Control->Output Determination->Output Determination Using the Condition Technique--->Maintain Output Determination for Billing Documents .

You can difine new output types here.

In NACE, V3 is the application for credit memo.

Hi,

can you explain cleary what you want to do.

NACE is used to maintaine outputs.

Here you can maintaine outputs for all the documents which you work in SAP, for SD, the applications are V1 - used for sales ouputs (Inquiry, quotation, order etc); V2 - used for shipping outputs; V3 - Billing outputs.

If you want to work on Credit memo outputs, then use the application as V3- which is used for billing outputs.

Path in SPRO

IMG -> SALES AND DISTRIBUTION -> BASIC FUNCTIONS -> OUTPUT CONTROL ->OUTPUT DETERMINATION -> MAINTAINE OUTPUT DETERMINATIN FOR BILLING DOCUMENT -> MAINTAINE PROCEDURE

My requirement is

When the credit memo is created an IDOC WILL BE GENERATED.

i.e automatic IDOC creation when credit memo generation.
