I don't know do SAP XI architects see this forum...
Maybe somebody knows the future plans of XI features.
What I really need in future version of XI:
- Business Rules facility (Possibility to define complex busness logic in IB like business process and invoke it in business process)
- Better debug support of business process. Possibility to debug and simulate Business Process inside IB.
- More flexible GUI BPM editor
Does somebody know will these features be in new versions of XI? What do you think about these features?
Hi Sergey!
AFAIK the first wish is already possible.
You can insert more than a Business Process in an integration scenario and invoke a BP from anoter just sending a message to one of its interfaces.
Of course this is a little bit longer than using a block inside a BP in IB.
But BP is not meant to be a programming language, just orchestration of a business scenario.
