PO attachment print Urgent.

Hi all,

there is attachment attched to a PO.

I have developed a smartform for PO printing,

I also want to print the attachment attached to a PO.

Can anyone tell me how to print the attachment to a PO.

after PO details the attachment should get printed.

Kindly give me solution its urgent.

Can you please explain me how to print a document in DMS when we Print PO? If we link a document to PO line item what changes we need to do in Z program to print the attached document in DMS along with the PO??

Have you got any information on how to print these document from DMS ALONG with our smartform/adobeform.

Hi,

With the implementation of DMS ( Document management system) you can acheive this functionality.If you have assigned the documents without DMS, by using services for object functionality, then you have to open the files from services for object and give the print out as normal file print out.

You can link documents stored in the Document Management System (DMS) with an item of a purchasing document. You can then display these documents. If you print out the purchasing document and send it to the vendor, or fax the purchasing document to the latter, the vendor will receive a list of all DMS documents linked to the item.

I have developed a z program through which we are printing PO.

for printing po i have developed a z smartform and that is called from the z program.

so can you please tell me how to print the po along with the attachment through zprogram.

Users attach PDF files using "services for objects" in transaction ME23N.

How can I print the PDF attachments from ABAP report ?
