In the requirement class under assembly there is a tab of Special Stock, where does it get picked up from, I mean how does the indicator E,K,M come there,

It was copied from the item category of the material..
To explain that, first we can go backwards!!!!!!!!
FIrst, please check what requirement type is assigned to ur assembly req.class?
That Particular Req. type is determined from the Item category and MRP type of the material.
So, It is only copied from item category.
