In my server R3trans –d return code is 12.what could be the problem.my database status is up.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
could be a lot of reasons... check trans.log for error
If you're using oracle DB, check status of the listener.

oracle listner has started even though it showing the same error
check and post the trans.log
