No,For suppose, If I have a Button,and user press this button it should get print instead of IE print.

there's no standard way due to the impossibility for a framework to decide which information should be printed and which not.
In addition, information on a print-out might be ordered differently than on a screen. Hence, you need to code the printing by
yourself. Have a look at Adobe integration. This provides you with an easy way for getting a PDF, which can be printed out
right away.
