while trying to copy f2 to debit memo to zf2l to adrl

it gives me the error "ENTRY TANC DOesnt exist in TVPT"

the item category is TANC...plss help urgent

Hi,

The error says that there is no item category is defined as TANC. So check item cat config in VOV7 and assignment in VOV4.. if there is no item category found.. maintain the same and try..

system is saying that item category is not proposed during the copy control.

So, Goto ur copy control, in the item level create a new item category TANC, If it is not available already.

If it is already available, Goto item level, inside, Please check whether the TANC is proposed during copying.

This means that you amde a copy of the item category TAN and named it TANC.Please ensure that the Item category TANC determination is carried out properly.

Again the copy control for the delivery item category and billing type needs to be set up properly.

Now coming to your last part, your copy control for sales to billing and billing to sales needs to be configured properly for the Document type as well as the item category.Please check this flow.
