SAP Easy menu

Hi ,

I have full admin rights. But the SAP Easy Access menu is missing.

for eg:

my username is : Basis.

it will show , when i login as

Sap Easy menu for Basis.

but below nothing is there...

Hi,

login with basis and click on menu -> sap menu

check extras -> settings

Do not display menu, only display favorites is uncheck.

if still not working provide your sap version and DB information

Hi,

is this happen with only basis id or other user id get same problem?

run tcode SM30 -> in table/view enter SSM_CUST

check the value against SAP_MENU_OFF it must be NO

further check sap note 380029
