regarding new condition record.

hi sap gurus.

sales orders raised and deliverd for example say 1000 documents. but not billed.after some days the new condition record has been added for pricing procedur. let say some discount condition type. but client wants to update this condition in all open documents. open sales order level we can change it as mass change using transation code va05. but how these open documents will be update at a time in the billing document.

Dear Mahesh,

As Vamshi suggested, it can be controlled through copy control, by maintaining Price Type 'B'. Do ensure to update the client, that this will be true in all cases, that if new condition record is maintained aftercreating sales order, it will impact Billing.

Hi,

As you mentioned billing documents are not yet created for the sales documents.

When you create billing documents now after updating your sales order, the system automatically carries out new pricing procedure in billing document if the setting in copy control T.Code VTFA item copy control eg TAN pricing type is B Carry out new pricing.
