these guides are step-by-step.
if you prefer a user-built document, try:

it is very easy to follow.
thanks,
i need to ask some questions:
1- In system copy make differente if its CRM 3.0 or 4.0 or NW2004s or something?
like in master dvd 6.40 i dont find anything related of CRM3.0, just CRM 4.0.
2- what about database password? how can I reset it?
3- this documents its in Unix, the parameter are same for windows?
thank you very much for your help
Regards
Hi there,
If you have Java stack then the process is bit different. System copy procedure is same (with the exception of Java stack).
What to you mean reset database password? If you just want to change specific password, you could do so through sapdba / brtools.
What parameters are you referring to? The procedure is same for Windows / Unix.
Thanks

That is because CRM 3.0 is (long) out of maintenance - so is Oracle 8.1.7. If any problems will occur that can't be solved by available notes and corrections you're pretty lost if you have no extended maintenance contract for CRM 3.0.
