Can Visual Composer talk to/connect to any Database?..

Hi ,

My first question is if Visual Composer can talk to a database directly?

I would like to know the all the databases which visual composer can connect to?

Does it connect only to SAP Backend systems?

Or can it connect to Any Database like SQL server etc.,?

If so, how can visual composer be configured to any database?...

Hi Vaishali,

Visual composer 7.1 can connect only to SAP back-end and Web Services. there is no direct connection to the database.

VC 7.0 and the next version, VC 7.1.1 will be able to use JDBC which will enable you to connect to most databases.

In VC 7.1 you can use Web Services to expose your DB stored procedures.

VC 7.0 can connect to SQL server using JDBC.
