What is the significance of schedule line in inquery

hi all,

i am new with this community hope u all like,

i have a small doubt that what is the use of scheduline in inquery , as i saw in AN sceduleline is not price , delivery, movement relevent. then why AN schedule line is used in inquery

Hi,

AT is the schedule line category used for inquiry.

As per SAP standard every sales document is divided into 3 levels header---item-schedule line.....as per requirement we can control these levels..

So as a part of sales document Inquiry is also divided into 3 levels even the 3rd level i.e .schedule is not used for inquiry.

The schedule line AT is used in inquiries which is only for information.

it is mandatory for Inquiry,Quotation item category and schedule line category but when u observe the attributes of those itemcategories and schedule line category there will be nothing this is what sap recommend to follow us
