Hi

When i am trying to activate my component i am getting the following error message.

<RFC Name> : A minimum of 1 object(s) is required

[wdgen] [Error] <rfc name>: The mapping definition is inconsistent, the mapped context element does not exist.

Please advice how do i go about this error.

HI,

That clearly mentions that you don't have at least one Development object,

Usually

Product consists of ->Software component/S->Development Component/s->Development Object/s.

i suggest you to create any development object it can be a webdynpro application, or simple java file, or for that matter simple text file then activiate your Development component.

My Software components contains lot of DCs (Almost 40).

Still i get this error. By the way is there a way where we can delete a component from DTR.

Hi,

Yes you can delete Dc's

I don;t which Dc's you are deleting are these are Dirty DC's check if so in Component Build service

on other hand you can delete Dc's go to the Repository browser first delete all the DO's and then delete Dc's
