PGI for Consigned Material

Hi Experts,

The material we are using to ship is a consigned material. we are unable to do the PGI to a delivery. Error is showing as "HU items' material posting is inconsistent".

We are using SAP 4.6C. We don't have any problem earlier with the material defined as consigned material but after installing to patch level 53 and higher we are having this problem.

Please help to come with suggestions on how to resolve this issue or any other alternatives to create a liability in MRKO if we define a material as a non-consigned material.
