Migration tool prerequisites - Java

Hello all,

Which version of Java is required to run the migration tool successfully.

On 11.5, with OS - Win 2003 Server, Java - 1.4.2_07 the migration tool did not initialize.

It ran on OS Win XP Prof, Java 1.6.0_03 successfully.

Is there a way to run this tool on the first machine with the Java version 1.4.2_07.

Ajay,

Have you tried opening up a command prompt window and launching the bat file from the command line to see if any relevant error messages show up in the dialog?

I got the error,

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoclassDefFoundError: com/sap/xmii/migration/main
