External ITS 6.20, configuration session timeout (WebGUI logoff)

Hello all,

we using a external ITS 6.20 for access to our EBP system. Because of some user complaints we plan to change the default value 600 to 1800.

In what location has to be done the configuration at ITS? Which configuration file?

Hi Jochen

As far as i remember, Open the ITS administration page -> go to configuration -> Global Setting -> All settings and increase the ~timeout value to 1800

I found the "timeout" parameter under following path:

<SID>_<client>/Configuration/Global Services/All Settings/
