VALUE OF THE GOODS MOVEMENT IS negative

Hi All,

I am facing problem at Delivery Return .......

Our process is Like PO was created with reference PO we have done delivery Then completed inwarding too and again the same we are doing PGR by using return Delivery documnet.

While doing PGR it is saying that Value of the good movement is negative. But i checked out all the stock levels in the supplying site as well as receiving site There is enough stock.

Still i am not able to under stand why it is showing ???

PLease check the item category of the item during the transaction.

Goto VOV7, for that item category, returns field might have been ticked.

Please remove & proceed further.

IT is return STO it's need to check return otherwise how system performs........

Hi Kiran,

I hope, Plz check the stock levels in supplying and receiving sites bby using CO09, by seeing like this we can easiley find that before return the goods to destination site may be the stock is allotted to some orders or not..

If it is happend like that, if delivery is not completed for that order plz reverse every thin and do once again PGR for the PO..

Dude don't you generally do PGR with MIGO when you are raising PO.
