how is mare in storage rule determined?

MARE is a rule for automatically determining the storage location in delivery document, if you assign MARE to a particular delivery type the the system first check the combination of shipping point + plant + storage conditions
and if the system doesnt find the above combination then it checks plant + situation + storage conditon

3 types of storage rules are
MALA - Plant/ Shipping point / Storage condition
RETA - Plant / Situation / Storage condition
MARE - Mala then RETA
Hence while we use MARE, the system checks for MALA first followed by RETA
