hello all,
In solution manager 4.0. through (CRM_SLFN_ORDER_SERVICE_01) standard smartform the mail is triggered to SuperUser and EndUser..,
and mail comes as a attachment ..The attachment name is
service Transaction m/ssge.pdf.. which comes under the subject field in mail...now my problem is ,i want the message number(ticket no. for particular super or enduser) in place of name of the .pdf name that is service Transaction m/ssge.pdf.. ..please help it out..

Hi Deepak,
This doesn't solve your issue exactly but it may help you.
Open the smart form, highlight form attributes on the left hand side. Enter an ampersand in the Description field on the right hand side.
Example:
"Support Message &" with come into your email with the subject "Support Message 800000092"

9900212ORDERADM_H-OBJECT_ID& this message is coming. I don't want ORDERADM_H-OBJECT_ID& this text along with ticket no.
ticket no .is:9900212.
I only want ticket no.

under Description field i put the & field for message no..
but i want the short text(description) of particular message along with message no.short text comes under the pdf
how can i do this.. for example:
9922101-from system_server.pdf
for anotehr message no.:
9922102-from development_server.pdf
9922101 is the message no. and system_sever is description of 9922101 message no.
please help it.

Dear Fr,
You can create zsmartform to solve your purpose or get all the values you want in that order.
Ask any abaper to read fields of tickets and prepare a smartform for the same.
Now go to sppfcadm select action and processing method and inplace of standard smartform give the name of ur Zsmartform.
