Master Data and Uploading of open items

Hi Gurus,

Please tell me about the master data in PS, which we require from client and how can we upload it into system.

Hi,

Standard WBS and Standard Networks are the only master data for PS. The clients have to give data for this only. They may like to have any number of Standard WBS and Networks depending upon their requirement.

Uploading can be done either manually or through BDCs. Normally PS data are uploaded only manually, which is advisable also. But this also depends upon client's requirement.

Hi,

Standard WBS T.COde is CJ91

Standard Network T.COde is CN01

Coming to the fields to be considered, the client must tell you what all fields are required for him. For example, depending upon the scenario they may or may not require the Business Area field. Based upon that data collection is done by them.
