good morning to every one

i want standard report t-code for batch expiry ,, and while creating sales order should should check the expiry date of the material , if material batch is going to expire for next 3 months then system shoul don accept that , can any one give me the solution , waitng for reply

Hi Rahul

Check with LX47, ther u will find total information abt the material when they are going to be expired in batch wise..

hello, friend.

actually, you can specify remaining shelf life for the material and batches in the material master. you can specify, for example, if the remaining shelf life is less than 3 months, then this batch should not be included in the batch determination.

thanks, but main issue is while creating sales order syetem has to check that batch iam if expiry day is above 3 months then system has to accep that

Hi,

You can pass on this BAPI, BAPI_MATERIAL_GETBATCHES in the user exit of Sales Order MV45AFZZ and validate the item at the sales order level.
