OPatch failed with error code 73

Hi

I trying to install SAP Solution manager 4.0 SR3:

OS: Linux RHEL4u4

DB: Oracle 10.2

Got following error message during Oracle Database10g Release 2 (10.2) patch set

System intact, OPatch will not attempt to restore the system
