unable to initialize RFC Group while running SGEN

Hello gurus,

I have done system refresh from the production to Quality box today but when i went to run SGEN I am getting the error like "unable to initialize the RFC Group parallal_generators"

could you please do let me know the root cause of the problem.

Hello Srini,

i think the problem is, that the rfc group parallal_generators still contains the application servers from the productive environment.

Check the rfc group and define the right application servers.

Hi,

After modified application servers in RZ12 after system copy, SGEN job was still cancelled.

I have to restart SAP system. SGEN works after this restart.

This is my procedure.
