Hi,
I have a rebate agreement with a customer with these terms:
1.The period of the agreement is for a calandary year (01/01 to 31/12)
2.The customer is eligible for 2% rebate for 1000 Ton with a tolerance of 10%, meaning, between 900 and 1100 ton he gets the 2% rebate.
If, for example he would buy a total of 880 ton in that period he
doesn't get the 2% off, but if he would buy a total of 1050 he is
eligible for 2% off for all the 1050 ton.
If he would buy a total of 1200 ton he is eligible for 2% for 1100 ton (the max. quantity according to the agreement) but for the delta between 1100 and 1200 he doesn't eligible.
My problem is that I can't seem to find how to implement these terms using the scales in the rebate condition.
TIA,
Oren Matityahu.

Hello,
Yes I found a solution.
We use 2 conditions in order to reflect the agreement terms.
1. Base type condition (Scale type = A)
2. Graduated to interval scale condition (Scale Type = D)
The second condition customized as a positive condition.
If for example the customer is elegible for 2% rebate for a quantity of 1000 ton with tolerance of 10% the scales looks like that:
First condition:
From 900 = 2%
Second condition:
To 1100 = 0%
To 999,999 = 2%
This is the way to reflect the 1000 +/- 10% ton.
Hope that helped.
Oren.
