Expenses Report for AUC through Projects

Hi All,

We are having the scenario that the management wants to know that the actual amount of expenses incurred on a project (AUC) for the particular year.

When in the case of Asset Retirement, we can see all the information through the SAP standard report.

But I am not aware of this scenario.

I request you to all could you please let me know that where I can get all the information about the amount spended on a project for a particular year in SAP standard report.

Hi,

You can refer the report S_ALR_87013542 - Actual/Commitment/Total/Plan in CO Area Currency to get expenses booked on a project for a particular year. Morever you can also refer CJI3 reports fo the same.
