Hello,

My requirement is related to production order and Quality management.

i assigned 03 inspection type to the material.

when ever i realese the production order i used to get Inspection lot.

but i am not able to restrict/control the production if the Quality is not good.

If i want to Restrict the Production order after each operation if the Qualtiy is not with in the Limit.

You need to look at the control key used for the operation that contains the characteristics your testing for. The control keey specifies if confirmations are required.

03 inspections lot do not control stock. But if your using inspection points and have selected the proper control key, the techs can confirm the qty of material that passes inspection and can move on to the next operation.

Hi,

You have maintain control key QM04(standard) and in that you have to maintain milestone confirmation. Then only system can give error message, when production order confirmation
