On-Time Delivery report in SD

I have been asked to research if we can create an On-Time delivery report in SD. I have found a number of articles on reports for On-Time delivery reports for Vendors.

Is there such a report for the outbound deliveries in SD?

Hi,

T.code VL06O ( outbound dolivery monitor) will give the list of

options such as

For picking

For confriamation

For loading

For Good issue

For Transporation planning

List of outbound deliveries ( Click this)

In this screen u can select Pland gds mvmnt date from Time data tab.

Hope this can solve the problem

Not sure whether such standard report is available. However, you can certainly generate such data by using "Planned GI" field in Delivery under "Item Overview" tab.

The date on which the goods must physically leave the shipping point to reach the customer on time.

Use

When the goods physically leave the shipping point, the system automatically creates a goods issue document to account for the outgoing inventory. The bill that you subsequently send to the customer must correspond to the movement of inventory. The goods issue date enables the accounting department to relate the movement of goods to the bill.

Procedure

The system automatically calculates the goods issue date by taking into account the following factors:

• The requested delivery date

• The pick/pack time

• The loading time

• The transit time

Actual GI Date is nothing but actually the date on which the goods issue is posted. Of course, this can be manipulated which can be controlled through The BADI LE_SHP_DELIVERY_PROC method name is CHANGE_DELIVERY_HEADER.

By referring the above two fields, you can generate ON-TIME REPORT.
