Dear Friend ,

As per me

Pre Implementation means the stages the Company has to go through before Implementation.

1. AS IS document in ASAP methodology

2. Document preperation

3. Blue Print

4. TO BE presentation.

5. Signing and Approval.

After Golive

Post implementation means

1. Checking Implementation by consultant

2. User testing

3. User acceptance testing.

Please correct me if i am wrong,

Pre implimentaion.

Anything and everything you would do before the implimentation happens

Fact gathering, BBP, AS IS, TO BE, Kick Off, customisation, business mapping, sign off, realisation etc

Post implementaion [ Go live ]

Is after implementation.

Mostly there is support post implimentaion. and enhance ment if and when required.

Post Implementation -- The time/days After Implementation.
