Start transaction using SAP Console

Dear experts,

We are using RF guns to run numerous transactions (guns SYMBOL MC9090G).

Each gun is connected with its own user and is used in one place, for one transaction.

So we would like to define a default transaction for each gun :

Example :

gun #1 : LM01 transaction

gun #2 : a specifical transaction

etc...

We have set a start transaction for each user, using Extras > Set start transaction (in SAP Easy access menu). But the transaction defined seems not to be read by SAPConsole : we have a 'Start SAP Easy access' window, and not the chosen transaction when we connect with guns.

Did anyone have the same issue ? Do you have any idea to solve this problem ?

Answer is in customizing... Look at following point :

Logistics execution > Mobile data entry > RF Queue Management > Assign Processor to Queues
