Purchase Info Record not found in Purchasing Organization 1000

Hi all,

While doing MIGO, Goods issue to cost center from consignment stock (201 k )

i'm getting this error.

"Purchase Info Record not found in Purchasing Organization 1000"

i'm practising with standard company 1000.

i have checked the all assignments.

i.e., purch. org ->company code and

purch. org-> plant.

company code -> plant.

Please guide me.

Please check:

1) SPRO>enterprise structure>assignment>MM>assign STD por org to plnt. make sure it is correct

2) check in XK02 vendor master with correct combination

3) check in ME12 inforecord with correct combination

4) check source list as well ME01

Hi,

Go and maintain Pur. Org 1000 against ur plant in :

SPRO-Enterprise Structure-Assignments--MM-Assign Std Pur. Org for plant

and please confirm that you have maintained the inforecord in Pur Org 1000 only and that too of Consignment type.

I Have Already Created Consignment Info record.

and only one purchase organisation has been assigned to the plant.

Have you created a standard infor record or Consignment infor record?

Make sure that you have create a info record consignment type

please rectify if i am wrong but l i differ from your point because he has maintianed a info record for standrd not for consignment then he will not be able to recive the goods in t code migo

i think there is an issue with the validity period of info record

your palnt is assigned to more then one purchase org. and which creates ambiguity for the sytem

please mak eone of the org as standard org. in img and before that please check whether the plant is asigned to more then 1 org.
