EP Server (Win 32bit EE) shutdown unexpectedly

Hello.

Plase help me resolving the problem.

We used "EP 7.0 - SP11" based on "Windows 2003 Enterprise 32bit - service pack 1".

The System is made of 4 servers with distribution model.

- DB server ( MSSQL 2005 Enterprise , SP1 )

- CI server ( SCS + CI + Webdispatcher )

- 2 DI servers

After a day finishing installation, CI server has been shutdowned unexpexctedly.

So I do just start only "meg + enq processes" except for dispatcher and server node.

Windows Event :

event_id : 1076

The reason supplied by user Domain\xxxadm for the last unexpected shutdown of this computer is: System Failure: Stop error

Reason Code: 0x805000f

Hello Alex,

it looks like your machine crashed with blue screen. Such kind of crash is caused by exception in the kernel mode (SAP processes are running in user mode). Your hardware partner is the best contact for the issues.

best regards
