error creating CSMREG user

while creating user CSMREG for CCMS monitoring,

using transaction RZ21>Technical Infratructure>Configure central system-->create user CSMREG

gives error:

Central system not reached

pls help

Hi,

The errors indicates when creating the user that first it needs to generate the profile for the role SAP_BC_CSMREG in transaction PFCG.

Also verify that the correct password is used while creating CSMREG User.

In RZ21--> Technical Infrastructure -->Configure Central System --> Create CSMREG User

You need also provide the password.
