hi,

i want to use the functionality :Hslider in the input Form .

Example i have following values for quality of product: low,medium,high.( quality level)

when i drag Hslide to high , i have to see products to with high quality-in output form :

how do i assign a input value for the H-slider??do i need to assign any valdiatiion rules in the control properties.

Hi Gud Question,

You can give inputs to H- Slider :In Control Propertis go to the Formula in Default value option.

There you can drag the Input filed of Your input form which gives the Your output and You can control the Output in Output table by Giving Formula in the Customer action Tab.

If above Explanation is not solvedyour Problem get back to me agin i will give you Clear modle with Your logic.

i did try to drag that input feild,i am getting the following error :

Regarding output i didnot understand, could you please clarify

Hi,

Reason for your Error is :You are dragging a Text Type Input filed to the number type H-Slider Control .

See the Data Type of The Control and The Input field on Leftside of them.

Input field also should be a Numeric Data Type becuse H-Slider and V-Slider are Number Type Controlers.
