WD Exception

Hi!,

I'm beggining in WD programming. When I deploy and run an application, it appears in my IE6 explorer, but when an event occurs, I've the following exception:

<b>Internal Server Error: The Web Dynpro Application 'TableApp' has expired. Please restart the application either with the refresh button or click the following link TableApp.</b>

On the other hand, when I execute the application in Mozilla Firefox, it works normally.

Any idea?

That's not normal behaviour. Which version are you using? Has your Internet Explorer Javascript enabled?

I'm using IE 6.0, and JavaScript is enabled... really, I don't understand what happens.

Can you please check the versions of your NetWeaver studio and your J2EE engine?

SAP NWDS Version: 2.0.13

SAP J2EE Engine/6.40

Which service pack has the J2EE engine? You can see this in the HTML source.

The J2EE Engine, has the SP 13.

Delete the IE cache and all cookies. Does the error disappear?

The problem appears when you run your WAS in Win XP...(Don't ask me why).

The solution is to enter the appl address as http://pc_ip:50000/webDynpro/.

Don't use neither "http://localhost:50000/webDynpro..." nor "http://pc_name:50000/webDynpro..."
