sales order number not displaying

hi friends,

the saled order number which should have been displayed after saving the order on the bottom left corner of the page , when we press the save button is not getting displayed,

can anyone help??

i can only see the sales order number in change mode.

hi,

i guess its a standard setting and you should be able to see the status bar messages.. however please get in touch with your basis guy to help you.

Hi,

Sales order number will be displayed only once when u first creat the sales order.

When ever u make changes in change mode, sales order number is not displayed always.

well sales order is saved. on saving it does not show the number in the bottom left corner which it should be showing .

so to view that my user has found out a way to goto the change mode and see it.

but the problem is still the same. order numbers are not coming while saving the new orders.
