PR00 is missing

dear all,

I want to know the importance of assigning PR00 condition at t.code ovkk.I didnot assigned PR00 at OVKK even though while executing a sales order the message is coming that "Mandatory condition PR00 is missing."pls help me regarding this one.

hi,

entering PR00 condition at OVKK lets you enter the condition types value at the sales order level. If you just drag the scroll on the right side a little you will find a column " amount ", here you can straight input the value of PR00 by mentioning this condition at OVKK against your pricing procedure.

You get the message PR00 missing for the reason that it was marked as mandatory in your pricing procedure and there is no valid condition record found for it.

To overcome this you can maintian the condition record for PR00 by going to VK11 and selecting the required key combination.

Hi Aditya,

The issue here is PR00 is mandatory condition type in the pricing procedure you are using. ( this is will be set againtin condition type PR00 in pricing procedure by checking the feild Mdt eight feild in control data of pricing procedure)

For this you have to maintain condition record throught t.code VK11 for the any key combination.

Then it will not show the message " PR00 is Missing mandatory condition type"

Dear aditya

You have to maintain PR00 in VK11.

Once you enter VK11, system will ask for "Condition type". Give PR00 and enter so that you will have some options to maintain the pricing condition. Choose "Customer/Material with release status" and enter.

Maintain the price for the material code and save. Now retry the order so that you wont get the said error.

Hi,

If PROO is aasigned in OVKK tcode it means "the selling price" will be taken from that conditon type.

and the error comes bcos that conditon type is mandatory u had not maintained the dconditon records for that conditon type goto "VK11" and maintain conditon records for that condition type.
