Integration Engine Monitoring

Hi,

I have an issue. The message processing is in waiting status when I checked in Integration Engine of Message Monitoring. And in SXMB_MONI the pipeline step processing stops at Message Branching.

Can anybody tell me what might be the reason for this. This is the emergency issue. Plz reply me asap.

Hi,

Check whether the message is struck in queue and also check whether the correct interface is being executed. You can check that in SXMB_MONI, i.e whether the right sender and receiver interfaces are being called for the file u have specified, bcas sometime when you specify the same file name in too many communication channel the channel with minimum poll interval picks and tries to process it but it will get struck in mapping level as it is not intended to process.

Check in SMQ1 and if any Locks are there means try to release those

Hi

I have checked the queues (both inbound and outbound), but those are empty.

I guess, there might be something stopping at integration engine to process that message. Mapping step is not yet processed.

Pls give your suggestions.
