Packing-Urgent

Hello exparts,

I got requirement where sales order contains finished goods and spares.Now only spares has to be packed not the finished goods.For this I will also require output of packing levels and packing note for the spares packing information.

I would like if two different user is doing goods issue n packing separately, then how can we do the same in SAP.

Please help I am need urgent help.Please give details steps to meet this requirement.

Hi

Packaging can be controlled at Item Category level.

Check the delivery item category , you have option of whether Packaging - Can be packed, Must be packed options

You can pack your goods at delivery level , only spares can be packed.

You can create any material with Material Type VERP

In Delivery go to Pack screen ,

Enter the Packaging Material

Select the Item to be packed e.g spares item and enter PACK button

Only Spare item will be packed .

You cannot proceed with PGI unless you have packed the items ( Delivery Item Category - Must be packed option)

Then once the person finished the packaging , the other person can perform the PGI.

can you step by step details of settings for the same, also let me know is there any standard report whcih will show how many open items are there for packing.
