Cancellation of RETURN delivery made by Quality

Hi All,

I want to cancel the return delivery made to a vendor.

It was posted in QA11(usage decision) in Quality Mgmt.

In MBST, the system doesnot allow to cancel the document.

How should i proceed ?

pl give me a direction.

I can use the returned stock by creating new GR for it; which will create new inspection lot for new UD.

Hi thyagarajan,

At the time of usage decision, I have posted some of the inspection stock to return delivery, & gave UD as Accepted.

I want to cancel the return delivery & use the stock for production.

i tried MBST, but system didnt allow.

hi

you cannot cancel the return delivery alone what you can do is first reverse the PO's then try to cancel the inspection lot .Then do the fresh MIGO and then you can post the material to production

for that lot I have already made usage decision (Accepted). Now, i cant cancel the lot.

any how i want the stock for production.

what is the remedy over this ?

hi

i think there is no other remedy other than cancelling the whole lot ,since QM is activated you cannot able to post to the material from retruns delivery to unrestricted using transfer positng also.
