Hi all,
I need to change master client for NWA.
When i create any user at 001 client , i am able to login with that same
user in NWA . But any other user from different client 900 i am unable to login.
I need to change mater client to 900 for MI configuration.
Below are parameters i changed
ume.r3.connection.master.client=900
ume.r3.connection.master.user= user in client 900
ume.r3.connection.master.password= Password for above user
But Java cluster didn't come UP.
I again reverted back settings to 001 and now java engine is fine.
i would like to know what other parameters i need to change in configtool
Appreciate your quick answers
Best Regards,
AjitR

Juan,
I have read this note but according to this procedure is
Choose System Management ® Administration ® Identity Management ® Configuration.
Procedure
1. On the AS Java, start UME configuration.
For more information, see Configuring Identity Management.
2. Choose the ABAP Server tab.
3. Choose Modify Configuration.
4. Enter the new client value under Client.
5. Choose Test Connection.
If the test fails, go back and reenter the connection data and test the connection until you are successful. Make sure the AS ABAP is running and has access to your network.
6. Choose Save All Changes.
7. Restart the AS Java.
But in ® Identity Management ® Configuration tab i am not getting option for ABAP server tab.
Where is the tab for ABAP server.
please help me out for the same.
Best Regards,
AjitR

By the way, if your NWA does not show the tab you need for some reason, you can access the identity management application directly with http://hostname:port/useradmin
