Ship to party

Dear gurus

i need to create a sales order with 1000 items which needs to be deliver to 10 ships to parties?

how it is possible?

how to change the ship to parties in sales order?

There is only one ship to party is available?

or else

i need to enter 10 line items

Hi durga,

Yes there is a need to enter 10 line items and double click on each line item go to "partners" tab and manually change the ship to parties there in sales order.

suppose if u had only one ship to party then create nine more ship to parties as per ur need and assign them to ur partner functions.

To create multiple ship to parties:

create another SH with diff address,(xd01 with SH a/c group), then this SH no assign in to your SP, in partner tab

while creating SO if you want diff item to be deliver to diff SH, select line item and go to partner tab and change SH

Dear durga prasad

First goto XD01 and create 10 ship to parties with Account Group "Ship to Party". Make a note of those customer codes.

Now go to sold to party in XD02, select "Sales Area Data" and "Partner Function" tab. Here enter the ship to parties code and save.

Now create a sale order and assign at item level the different ship to parties and save.

hi,

1)by standard sap you can enter only 999 items in a sales

order.

2) By default for the 10 lines you enter to make 999 qty, will have one ship to party

3) to have another ship to you can go to item data > partners and change to the required ones.

4) pre requisite is these ship to 's must first be listed at the customer master in the partner tab.
