How to add a custom field fo KB11N (urgent!!)

Hi ~

I have a requirement to add an extra field in the KB11n when we move costs among WBS elements.

We want to have another field to capture quantity in addition to the quantity field already available in the screen. We can not use the text field either.

I do not find any exits for this at all. Please help how i should solve this !!

I've come across this note (Note 328593) which talks about Structure CI_COBL enhancement using Transaction SE11. (T Code KB11N relevant)

Not sure if that would be helpful. Thought it would be provide you some leads to the enhancement.
