CN22 - Open Field "Special stock" on overview components screen

Please Help With this,I want to assign in transaction CN22 at components view on special stock field the Value Q - Project Stock, because i want to create a reservation with movement type 281 and special stock Q, but this field is closed and i can insert any value.

You know is there is as exit or field exit or something that open this field.

Hi,

Further to my posting earlier, pl note that the requirement type for the material is determined by material master MRP views,( i.e Strategy group, MRP type,MRP type) of the material.

Ofcourse, if you are using assembly processing, sales item category determines the requirement type and requirement class.

Hope this clarifies the issue.

Hi,

The special stock indicator field in the components overview screen is determined automatically based on the settings u maintain in transaction 'OPTT' & the value u select for Procurement type at the time of attaching material to activity (it should be either Reservation to WBS Element or Res & PR for WBS Element).

This is defaulted from customization done via "Requirement type", "Requreemnt class' - Txns: OVZG, OVZH.
